As soon as you place your order, we’ll send the e-gift voucher directly to your email, so you can print it out and surprise the lucky recipient or we can personalise the gift card with the recipient's name and a short message and email the voucher direct to them. Our gift vouchers or an e -gift vouchers are monetary vouchers that can be used against package holidays booked at either Long Travel or Completely Croatia
How can I buy them?

How long are they valid?
They are valid for 24 months from the day of purchase. The voucher would need to be allocated against a booking by the valid until date but the holiday can be for a future date.
Can I use more than one gift voucher or e-gift voucher against a booking?
Yes - you can use up to four gift vouchers or e-gift vouchers against a single online package,
What happens if the value of the gift voucher or e-gift voucher is less than the holiday booking amount?
If your gift voucher amount is less than the balance of the booking then the remaining amount must be paid at the time of booking depending on the departure date of the holiday. If the holiday is more than 12 weeks away, it can be used to pay the deposit. Please note that the cancellation policy remains the same.
What happens if the recipient makes a booking and has to cancel?
Once the voucher has been used against a booking our terms and conditions will apply. All holiday deposits are non-refundable. You can review our holiday terms and conditions here
Are Vouchers Transferable
Yes, you can transfer vouchers to another person, you would need to inform us in writing who the new recipient will be and provide their details.
What if the holiday is cheaper than the value of the gift voucher or e-gift voucher?
The remaining balance will remain on the card and can be put towards a future booking with us, for up to a two-year period.
Can I include a message on my gift voucher or e-voucher
Yes, we can add the recipient's name and a short message on the e-gift vouchers
Can gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers be used against an existing booking?
Unfortunataly not, gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers can only be used against a brand new booking made after the voucher has been issued.
Are the vouchers financially protected?
Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers are not financially protected either under ATOL or ABTOT until they are cashed against a holiday booking which will then in turn be financially protected.
What payment method can I use to purchase my vouchers?
We will send you a payment link so you can pay by credit or debit card, you can also pay by bank transfer
How do I print my e-gift voucher?
At the time of purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a PDF file to print your Gift Card
Can I transfer my gift voucher or e-voucher or convert it into cash?
A Gift Card can only be linked to the email address provided at the time of purchase. This email address can either be yours or of the person receiving the Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be transferred or converted into cash.
Can I request an invoice for my orders?
As the Gift Card is a multipurpose voucher, VAT does not apply to its purchase. Therefore it is not possible to request an invoice for this, instead, a statement will be provided during the purchase process.
An invoice can be issued later when the gift voucher or e-gift voucher has been redeemed to book a trip. This invoice will cover all the services included in the holiday package (e.g. flight, hotel, etc.).

When you place an order for a gift voucher or e-gift voucher for brands Long Travel or Completely Croatia you will be purchasing the product from ASC Travel Ltd.
We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us.
All non-promotional gift vouchers or e-gift vouchers are purchased at their full face value to be valid.
ASC Travel Ltd reserves the right to refuse redemption of vouchers if they believe that the vouchers have been obtained by fraudulent means.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers are valid for the stated amount printed in specified currency only.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers are non-refundable, and non-returnable.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers hold no cash value.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers can be used towards any Long Travel or Completely Croatia package holiday up to the expiry date of the voucher.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for airfares, optional activities, or directly at a hotel, They cannot be redeemed retroactively on a holiday or service that has already been booked.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers cannot be redeemed through a travel agent or directly at a hotel.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers can be used multiple times until the value associated with the unique code reaches zero or it expires, whichever is first.
- The use of vouchers is subject to the traveller agreeing to our booking terms and conditions ( Long Travel ) Completely Croatia)
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers cannot be used against an existing booking,they can only be used against a brand new booking made after the voucher has been issued.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers are not financially protected either under ATOL or ABTOT until they are cashed against a holiday booking which will then in turn be financially protected.
- Gift vouchers and e-gift vouchers purchased by residents of the UK and EU have an expiry date of 24 months from the time of purchase to redeem.
- Lost or misplaced cards or vouchers may be replaced subject to submission of proof of purchase, and the purchaser’s confirmation of the card's/voucher's intended recipient.
