This luxury villa is located on a property with a total area of 850 m2 and the villa itself extends over three floors with a total area of 290 m2: ground floor, first floor and second floor. It also has a pool of 24 m2, outdoor fireplace and private beach plateau with a sundeck. Luxury Villa Marina has a fully equipped tavern/wine cellar, kitchen, dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets and is suitable accommodation for 8 + 1 people.

The first floor of the villa, which is also the villa’s main floor, consists of a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a guest toilet, a bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bathroom with a shower. A special feature of these rooms is the breathtaking view of the sea. From the living room, you will enter the spacious stone terraces that are equipped with a dining table and chairs, as well as an outdoor fireplace.

The second floor of the villa is reserved for relaxation and sweet dreams. On this floor, you will find a master bedroom, which has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has its own private terrace with outdoor seating that offers a breathtaking view of the sea and nearby islands. Also on this floor, there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and private terrace. These two bedrooms share one bathroom with a shower and bath and is equipped with a washing machine.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped tavern/wine cellar where you can relax in good company as you enjoy the local delicacies such as prosciutto, cheese and Korcula’s fine wines. This ground floor tavern has a kitchen, dining table, sofa, toilet and a small wine bar.
