Located at the end of the promenade of this authentic fishing village, we are delighted to have found this boutique property and feedback has been positively glowing from our Guests! Located right at the edge of the sea in the sleepy village of Gradac, we guarantee peace and tranquillity without compromising on quality. Being almost equidistant between Split and Dubrovnik, Gradac is ideally located, as well as giving easy access to Hvar, Korcula and Mostar.

There are just 28 fully air conditioned rooms altogether, 10 standard doubles, 16 premium rooms and 2 suites. With lift access to all floors,all benefit from Sea view rooms (some are side sea) and balconies. Please note that this hotel has a policy of no children under the age of 3 years. Some rooms on the first floor have views which are partially obscured by trees to the front of the hotel but we really cannot envisage this impacting on holiday enjoyment. As well as being enormous, Suites have the added bonus of a sunbed on the balcony. The modern rooms are bright and tastefully furnished and all have ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer. Toiletries are also provided; additionally there is a mini bar, flat screen satellite TV, safe, phone and internet connection. Room service is available, as is breakfast in your room. As you would expect, there is a laundry and ironing service as well. The hotel also has an excellent gym for the more energetic holidaymaker.

The surrounding area is great hiking country and its possible to hire cycles locally. Fishing and boat hire can also be arranged on request.

Breakfast may be taken either in the hotel’s restaurant or on the hotel’s own terrace adjacent to the beach. And whilst we’re on the subject of the beach, sunbeds and parasols are available to hotel guests, at no additional charge. A la carte restaurant, Fado serves Dalmatian specialities and also has a very good wine list. There is also a Pizzeria with traditional wood fired oven, a cocktail bar, and a patisserie. You will never go hungry at this hotel !
