Originally a Nobleman’s house, the past saw it play host to many senators, artists and travellers at a time when the ancient trade routes were in operation.

The hotel’s Cafe Royal is a real fine dining experience. In the summer, the doors open out onto Gundulic Square. In the winter these remain closed to give a warm intimate atmosphere. The best of local fresh ingredients are sourced and used to make some of the tastiest and prettiest food. The wine list is also superb.
In the Summer, the restaurant Defne is opened on the rooftop terrace of the hotel and overlooks the quaint cobbled streets below. Defne offers many seafood and signature dishes in a quite unique setting.
